Mason "Dipper" Pines is a 12-year-old boy who, along with his twin sister Mabel, spends the summer with their great-uncle Stan in Gravity Falls, Oregon. Dipper is a smart and curious kid who is always getting into trouble. He is also a bit of a nerd, and loves to read and learn about all things strange and unusual. Dipper is voiced by Jason Ritter, and is loosely based on the childhood of series creator Alex Hirsch.
